Θα είναι η Σάρα η νέα Ηριάννα;

Η Σάρα Μαρντίνι και η αδελφή της, Γιούσρα, είναι Σύριες. Είναι και δεινές κολυμβήτριες. Το 2015 βρέθηκαν ανάμεσα στις χιλιάδες προσφύγων που επιχειρούσαν να φτάσουν με βάρκα από τα τουρκικά παράλια στη Λέσβο και χρίστηκαν ηρωίδες όταν λίγο έξω από τις ελληνικές ακτές η βάρκα τους άρχισε να βυθίζεται και εκείνες αφού έπεσαν στη θάλασσα, την έσυραν θαραλλέα έως την ακτή, σώζοντας και τους 18 επιβάτες. Kατάφεραν να πάρουν άσυλο στη Γερμανία και εκεί να σπουδάσουν και να συνεχίσουν την καριέρα στον αθλητισμό. Aλλά η Σάρα παρακινημένη από το δράμα χιλιάδων συμπατριωτών της, επέστρεφε έκτοτε τακτικά στη Λέσβο, ως εθελόντρια-διασώστρια στην ελληνική οργάνωση ERCI ενώ παράλληλα συνέχιζε τις σπουδές της στο Βερολίνο. Πριν λίγες μέρες, στις 21 Αυγούστου, συνελήφθη από τις ελληνικές αρχές μαζί με τον ιρλανδογερμανό συνάδελφό της Seán Binder και άλλους συναδέλφους της ERCI για διακίνηση ανθρώπων, κρίθηκαν προφυλακιστέοι και κατέληξαν στον Κορυδαλλό. Όπως κι άλλοι ιδιώτες και οργανώσεις που βοηθούν πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες, παρέχοντάς τους υποστήριξη και πρώτες βοήθειες, οι δύο εθελοντές αντιμετωπίζουν τώρα ποινές φυλάκισης. Η περίπτωση τους δεν είναι μοναδική περίπτωση, πρόσφατα το δικαστήριο αθώωσε ισπανούς και δανούς πυροσβέστες που είχαν συλληφθεί το 2016 προσπαθώντας να διασώσουν τους επιβάτες μιας βάρκας με μετανάστες.
Mε την υπόθεση της Σάρα ήρθα σε επαφή μέσω του προπονητή της στην κολύμβηση, Σβεν, γερμανικής εθνικότητας, ο οποίος, μόλις έμαθε για τη σύλληψη κατέφτασε από το Βερολίνο μαζί με την οικογένειά της για να τη στηρίξει. Μαζί με εκείνον και με άλλους φίλους πήραμε μέρος το Σάββατο 4 Σεπτεμβρίου σε ένα αυθόρμητο flashmob στην Πλατεία Συντάγματος με κεντρικό μήνυμα ότι το έργο διάσωσης στη θάλασσα δεν είναι έγκλημα. Όποια κι αν αποδειχθεί ότι ήταν η δράση της ανθρωπιστικής οργάνωσης ERCI στη Λέσβο, όπως και να εξελιχθεί αυτή η ιστορία, η αστυνομία οφείλει να αφήσει ελεύθερους τη Σάρα και τον Σων, διότι:
_Από πουθενά δεν προκύπτει οποιαδήποτε παράνομη πράξη. καμία βάση στον ισχυρισμό ότι υπάρχει «εγκληματική οργάνωση» το «έγκλημα» της οποίας είναι η διάσωση. Τα επιχειρήματα στο Δελτίο Τύπου της αστυνομίας επαναλαμβάνουν την ακροδεξιά συνομωσιολογική ρητορική κατά των ΜΚΟ χωρίς να προσφέρουν καμία επαρκή εξήγηση.
_Η διάσωση μεταναστών στη θάλασσα δεν είναι ίδιο πράγμα με την διακίνηση. Αν μια οργάνωση μαζεύει δωρεές από τρίτους για να διασώσει τους πρόσφυγες, δεν κάνει το ίδιο πράγμα με έναν διακινητή που παίρνει χρήματα από τους μετανάστες για να τους μεταφέρει.
_ Ακόμα και η Frontex έχει ξεκαθαρίσει ότι δεν κατηγορεί τις οργανώσεις για κανένα ποινικό αδίκημα και ότι δεν έχει κανένα στοιχείο για οποιαδήποτε συνεργασία διακινητών και διασωστών.
_Κυβερνητικές πρακτικές που ποινικοποιούν τους πολίτες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης για την αλληλεγγύη που επιδεικνύουν προς τους μετανάστες και πρόσφυγες είναι απαράδεκτες και θέτουν σε κίνδυνο τις θεμελιώδεις Ευρωπαϊκές αξίες της δικαιοσύνης και των ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων.

the municipality replied with a few documents that dont justify the actions against our city. They claim with a petition of 22 Peoples signatures that have allergies from the ancient medical willow trees and will be replaced them with a foreign species the pacific Manolias on their expenseA committe within the municipal called 'quality of green life' consisting of tv cultured citizens with no qualifications killed all the herbs, dislocated the bees & stepped upon frogs. Death everywhere

They forwarded no documents from doctors about the type of allergies they have and with this logic no trees will be standing on Earth ...
If they prune the trees yearly they could collect the pollen and profit before it falls on the roads.
Eucalyptus trees need regular pruning too ... our city could give work to the unemployed and joy to many as all will benefit.

I met Nikos during 1985.
He was a graduate from the polytexneio and an ecologist.
I had just entered the art school located on the polytechneio grounds then.
Nikos & I have many things in common. We are on blood thinners for years. I over 10yrs Nikos apparently took them all his life ...!!!
He had gone through some serious heart surgery ...
I had to dissolve a big embolism from my right lung ...
With the amounts of alcohol pills and cigarettes we d consume we are lucky to have survived.
With Nikos we shared identical passions about nature justice, people, and talking full pleasure from artistic activities.
The last time I saw him was during May 2015 after an invite from artist Stella Bolonaki that had introduced Nikos and I ...we bumped into each other by chance a few days before a meeting about on refugees a friend from Mytiline was addressing ...
It was like time never stoped for our intellectual stimulation

Στις τρεις πρώτες στροφές από την ωδή «Εις Σάμον», που εντάσσεται στα Λυρικά, συλλογή δέκα πατριωτικών ωδών, την οποία ο Ανδρέας Κάλβος εξέδωσε στο Παρίσι το 1826, κυριαρχεί πνεύμα ελευθεροφροσύνης και διακρίνονται τα συστατικά γνωρίσματα της καλβικής ποίησης (ηρωική θεματολογία, υψηλός τόνος και ήθος, παραβολική χρήση του αρχαίου ελληνικού μύθου).

Daily at all hours yesterday they called at 4.00 pm ... today another girl called around 10.30 and said 'you must pay 2 deposits' ...I said to her you dont listern to me I am talking with you over a year and tell you I have no money...she asks you dont work?... Yes I keep telling you I've made a proposistion to your bank over a year and I have no reply ... I am a active freelance painter I work daily and live by exchanging serivces and goods and I eat from my garden ...
I can repay you with artworks, art cash or other services. You owe me an explanation. My sister and I have made it clear to you and have sent 3 emails to the bank and we await an answer from Febuary to May 2017 and we await and have had no reply ...since you have not read our proposal I have nothing to say to you...and I am busy. What you are asking from me I want written so we can reply formaly with my sister. The lawyer was furious with me and insulted me because she cannot step outside her sterotypes ...made her more agressive towards me
